This course is the bomb!

I could not recommend this more! Everyone should learn this! The balance between ancient teachings, science, direct experience of your truth is incredible. The supportive positive gently encouraging group space Faye holds is so loving and kind, it’s hard to imagine how anyone would not thrive in this environment. It takes a certain bravery to look at ones self / life / habits directly. But having made that leap I have no regrets. I am very pleased to be on this journey with Faye.

This is a journey of self discovery and learning how to manage and create a more energised life!

I get up earlier, I go to bed earlier, I don't eat sugar or dairy almost at all, I am happier, I poop every morning, I do some workout/movement every-morning, my parents are happier, I give myself an oil massage most days and love and connect more deeply with my body more, I have more energy, I am managing my-freelance architecture business better and not overworking so much. I’m such a fan!

Everything! ... My habits are so strong and rhythmical, I have a simpler, more focused direction of my life, I give better support to my friends, family and loved ones. I have better relationships with women.” -

It's a journey that takes you from wherever you are, in a gentle positive direction. I’m now manifesting my vision from the beginning of the quarter- ‘Feeling at peace in the centre of a storm’. Too many results to count! Better: skin, body alignment, groundedness, calm, ease of being, focus, stomach, gut, colon, eyes, ears, mouth, so much toxicity has been shed. I feel lighter and more peaceful than ever before.

I have seen my habit change and incorporation of most of the 10 habits happen much faster than I could have possibly imagined! The benefit and collective healing and energising of myself and my family around me has been unexpectedly prolific, through what was some of the hardest times/ Covid/ winter /family issues/ a relationship break, etc. I have managed to hold my own energy high and help others around me by doing so. Much of this is due to LIC Community, Course and Faye's warmth, patience, enthusiasm, optimism, and wisdom! She's a star and I am very grateful to have found her.
